Brandon's journey in the financial sector began over a decade ago at Arizona Federal Credit Union, where he assumed the role of member services consultant in 2007. Over the years, Brandon steadily rose through the ranks, demonstrating his knack for operational efficiency and lending and servicing strategies.
His tenure at AZ FCU saw him spearheading initiatives to streamline systems and processes, leveraging innovative software solutions to drive efficiency gains. Brandon played a pivotal role in shaping the credit union's future-focused vision, particularly in aligning lending practices with digital-first strategies. He then went on to TCI then CuneXus to help bring these solutions to credit unions.
Today, as a National Account Executive at Constant, Brandon's expertise continues to evolve, focusing on empowering credit unions to transition from manual to digital loan servicing so members can self-serve for efforts that usually require a phone call or branch visit. Drawing upon his extensive experience, he is committed to championing innovation and efficiency in lending operations one credit union at a time.
