Caleb DeMoss
Caleb joined Performance Trust in 2015, starting as an Investment Banking Analyst. He then transitioned into the Analyst Development Program (ADP) where he worked alongside of the Client Analytics Team to further build the program and its focus on internal education. After graduating from the ADP, he joined the Client Analytics Team, now called the Central Insights & Analytics group where he focuses on creating new product initiatives, developing product and bank expertise, Shape Management® analytical alignment, and the Level Playing Field® methodology. Caleb graduated from Wheaton College with a degree in mathematics and a minor in computer science.
