Emma Protsik
Emma Protsik, MBA, CUDE, CCUFC, FBS® is the Supervisor of Financial Coaching at Ent Credit Union in Colorado Springs, CO, where she trains credit union staff to assist members in credit building, budgeting, savings goals, and debt repayment strategies.
She created and launched the Financial Coaching program at Ent in 2021 and since then, has trained over 60 credit union staff to work 1:1 with members to improve their financial quality of life.
Emma has been with Ent for 6 years and as a Colorado native, enjoys hiking, skiing, and camping. She has her Bachelors of Innovation in Business Finance from University of Colorado, Colorado Springs and her MBA with an emphasis in Financial Psychology and Behavioral Finance from Creighton University.
Emma is a Certified Credit Union Financial Counselor (CCUFC), a Credit Union Development Educator (CUDE), and a Certified Financial Behavior Specialist (FBS®).
