Melody Meier
Melody (Mel) Meier serves as the Assistant Vice President of Contact Center Quality, Training, and Communications. Mel and her leadership team are passionate about creating a culture of continuous, easy learning experiences in an encouraging and empowering environment.
Mel has been with Navy Federal for 16 years. Starting her career in Collections as a Delinquency Control Counselor, she advanced to the roles of Supervisor, Assistant Manager, and Manager. Melody came to Contact Center in 2015 as Manager of Account Services Operations, before being promoted to Assistant Vice President in 2019. In August 2023, Mel joined the Contact Center Quality, Training, and Comms teams as Assistant Vice President to support Operations in an exciting new way.
Mel holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from the University of West Florida, and currently sits on the board for the Early Learning Coalition of Escambia County. She lives in Pensacola, Florida with her family: partner - Curtis, daughter – Mackenzie, and four dogs – Justice, Max, Ozzy, and Bea. When not at work, she enjoys reading way too many books/blogs at once, planning her next trip, traveling to new places, and cheering for her favorite college football team (Go Gators).
