Learn More about Member Benefits
CUNA is postponing this year's CUNA World-Class Service Leadership School.
Your health, safety and welfare are our highest priority, and we continue to follow guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the World Health Organization (WHO). At a time like this, credit unions are on the front lines of their communities ensuring members get the support they need.
For your immediate attention:
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this postponement causes. As we carefully continue monitoring CDC and WHO guidance, we'll keep you updated and provide updates on our website regarding future plans for this and other CUNA events.
When you want to build a competitive advantage in service, observing how world-class organizations became leaders in their industry can provide you with fresh insights to make your member service stand out.
CUNA World-Class Service Leadership School provides you with an immersive learning experience to get an inside look at the best practices of industry-leading companies inside and outside of the credit union space. During this unique school, you'll break out of the conference room on two separate occasions to experience top companies in the area and observe their culture and practices first-hand. Then, you'll bring back your notes and observations to engage in interactive discussions with your peers, where you'll come up with best practices that you can take back to your credit union.
By learning the strategies and tactics of some of today's service leaders, attendees can benchmark against well-run organizations to elevate their member service programs.
This conference is beneficial for senior management of operations and their team members interested in providing exemplary service to members at their credit union.
This event is endorsed by the CUNA Operations & Member Experience Council.
Your health, safety and welfare are our highest priority. Please visit cuna.org/covid19/events for updates on event postponements and other resources.
You can earn group-live credits for this program. For more information, please contact CUNA at 800-356-9655 or email@example.com.
