As much as we would love a “one size fits all” approach to marketing compliance, it just doesn’t exist. Each product and service your credit union advertises may need numerous disclosures that are triggered by what language you use and what loan terms you talk about. However, it is possible for your credit unions’ advertisements and marketing materials to be clever, colorful, creative, and compliant. This 4-part series is designed to provide credit union marketing professionals with knowledge of the major rules and requirements for marketing credit union products.
Take away: Attendees will get downloadable PDF of the “Compliance and Marketing Guide” (value of $44.95)
Who should attend?
This program is beneficial for anyone fulfilling or reviewing your Credit Union's marketing and advertising materials. We welcome all compliance and marketing professionals to attend.
