Maintaining a relevant human resources program can foster a safe and productive work environment for employees, but determining how to apply complex, evolving regulations can be challenging.
Developed by and for HR professionals, CUNA HR Compliance Certification Virtual School with CUDoctor addresses the intricacies of HR laws with real-world case studies and approaches. Sessions cover HR compliance requirements, hot topics, regulatory developments and skills to stay ahead of HR legal issues.
First-year students are required to complete prerequisite training before attending the school. The content is delivered online and is available approximately 60 days prior to the school start date - students are notified when prerequisites are available. Each prerequisite class is approximately 60 minutes.
An exam will be given on July 29, 2021 which, if passed, will allow you to earn the CUNA Credit Union HR Compliance Professional (CUHRCP) designation. The CUHRCP designation distinguishes you as the go-to professional for HR compliance-related questions and establishes you as a leader in the area.
To recertify your existing CUHRCP designation, simply attend the live sessions of the virtual school on August 3 and 5.
This school is beneficial for all credit union HR staff, including vice president of HR, HR generalist, benefits manager, recruiting manager, hiring manager and any professional needing HR compliance education.
CUDoctor, LLC is a full-service consultancy uniquely serving the credit union industry nationwide. Founded by the Reeds in 2009 and managed by former credit union executive Diane Reed, CUDoctor provides credit union management and volunteers with assistance in their strategic planning, regulatory compliance, board governance, human resources, security, marketing, business development, sales and training needs.
