Earn your designation
To earn the Certified Credit Union Financial Counselor (CCUFC) designation, you must pass the exam. The CCUFC designation requires recertification every three years to ensure your knowledge about financial counseling is current. Select an exam proctor, schedule an exam date, and complete the proctored exam request form at least 4 weeks prior to the desired exam date.
CUNA’s Financial Counseling Certification Program (FiCEP), may be completed through the self-study option (read the book, available in print or PDF) or the eSchool option (the FiCEP book is included in PDF).
