Booking your dorm room:

During the registration process, you will be asked to provide information to assist us in making your dorm room reservation. You will also be able to indicate your dorm room preferences. Approximately two months prior to the program, you will receive an email from UW Housing confirming your dorm room reservation.

Program meals:

Meals will be provided at Chadbourne's dining hall, starting with dinner on Sunday. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner will be served Monday through Friday. You will also have the option to have breakfast and lunch on Saturday, and breakfast on the final Sunday.

If you do not wish to stay in the residence hall during the duration of the program, choose this housing package. Finding your own housing will be solely your responsibility.

When do I need to arrive?

1st- and 2nd-year students must arrive in time for program registration and orientation. Registration starts on Saturday, July 13, at 12:00 p.m. CT and concludes at 2:30 p.m. CT on Sunday, July 14. We recommend arriving in Madison no later than 12:00 p.m. CT on Sunday, July 14.

3rd-year students must arrive in time for program registration. Registration starts on Saturday, July 13, at 12:00 p.m. CT and concludes at 5:00 p.m. CT on Sunday, July 14.

When can I leave?

1st- and 2nd-year students’ programs will conclude at approximately 2:30 p.m. CT on Saturday, July 20. All students are invited to attend the 3rd-year graduation ceremony, concluding at 8:00 p.m. CT on Saturday, July 20. The residence hall will close at 12:00 p.m. CT on Sunday, July 21.

3rd-year students’ Credit Union Management School journey will conclude with Graduation ending at 8:00 p.m. CT, Saturday, July 20. The residence hall will close at 12:00 p.m. CT on Sunday, July 21.

Which airport should I fly into?

Dane County Regional Airport (MSN) in Madison is the closest airport to the UW-Madison campus. Other options include Milwaukee International Airport (MKE) and Chicago O’Hare International Airport (ORD). If you choose to fly into MKE or ORD, keep in mind that transportation is not included and the travel time to the UW-Madison campus will increase.

How do I get to the UW-Madison campus?

Credit Union Management School provides transportation from the Dane County Regional Airport (MSN) in Madison to the Chadbourne Residence Hall for students staying on campus. Transportation from the Madison airport to campus will occur during the below hours:

For students arriving on Saturday, July 13, a complimentary shuttle will be available 12:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m. CT
For students arriving on Sunday, July 14, a complimentary shuttle will be available 10:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. CT

Transportation from the airport will not be provided to students staying off campus.

For students arriving at an alternate time or location or those staying off campus, we recommend utilizing Union Cab (608-242-2000).
