Ariel Bilskey Ariel Bilskey

Ariel Bilskey has been in the credit union industry since 2001 – first as a marketer with a credit union and now as the senior director of learning strategy at CUNA. She’s a past president of a Wisconsin credit union chapter, as well as a recipient of multiple industry awards including a CUNA Diamond award, two Dora Maxwell awards, a CUES Golden Mirror award, and numerous Wisconsin CU League Marketer’s Choice awards. She also earned the Credit Union Development Educator (CUDE) designation in 2019. Ariel put in many volunteer hours with agencies like Jaycees, Meals on Wheels and Voluntary Action Center, and was honored with the President’s Award from the Stateline Boys & Girls Club for her dedication to giving back to her community. She’s a regular blood donor at her local Red Cross and is a two-time Tough Mudder finisher. 

Ariel earned her Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communications from Winona State University in Winona, MN, and is currently a PMBA candidate at UW-Madison's School of Business. She also earned her EMT-B certification from Blackhawk Technical College in Janesville, WI and was a volunteer EMT. She has a daughter attending UW-Whitewater, and three fur babies.

Roger Dooley Roger Dooley

Roger Dooley is an author and international keynote speaker. His books include Friction: The Untapped Force That Can Be Your Most Powerful Advantage (McGraw Hill; named a Top 3 Management Book and a Best Business Book by strategy+business) and Brainfluence: 100 Ways to Persuade and Convince Consumers with Neuromarketing. He writes at Forbes.com and hosts the Brainfluence podcast. He co-founded College Confidential, the leading college-bound website. That business was acquired by a unit of the UK’s Daily Mail Group, where Dooley served as VP Digital Marketing after the acquisition.

Dooley spent years in direct marketing as the co-founder of a successful catalog firm and was director of corporate strategy for a Fortune 1000 company. He has an engineering degree from Carnegie Mellon University and an MBA from the University of Tennessee.

Dooley is currently focused on spreading his ideas through writing and speaking, with limited engagements for training, coaching, and facilitation.

Jasmine M. Hughes is the Director of Marketing at CHROME Federal Credit Union where she has been responsible for overseeing the financial institution’s brand through marketing strategy, partnerships, and community engagement since 2022. 

Before joining CHROME, Jasmine spent 16 years of her career in the Media/Marketing industry working at publishing companies such as the Observer-Reporter, Pittsburgh Post-Gazette, and Pittsburgh City Paper before entering the credit union industry. In her various leadership roles, she was responsible for managing publications, fostering and training teams of salespeople, and working with local businesses to build and execute their marketing plans. She specialized in working with businesses and local agencies on their traditional media, paid digital campaigns, and sponsorships. Her expertise and commitment in the media industry lead her to leadership roles such as President of the Interstate Advertising Managers’ Association and being recognized nationally in Editor & Publisher’s “25 Under 35” in 2019.
